摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷法 ,从教师教育方式的多个侧面 ,对山东省 4 5所高校 2 18名体育教师进行了多维度评价 ,在教育方式的确定上依次为极端型、权威型。This paper,by way of documentation, interviewing and questionnaire, from various aspects of teachers educational way, gives multi\|diamensioned comment on 218 teachers of P E from 45 colleges and universities These teachers are sorted into extremity type, authority type, laissez\|fair type and democratic type
