摘　　要：本文通过对“小群体学习法”教学与传统教学方法的比较 ,结果表明 ,“小群体学习法”有利于学生尽快并熟练掌握游泳技术和技能 ,提高教学效果。Through the comparison between the way of learning among small groups with traditional teaching methods,this esay discovers that the way of leaning among small groups will help students to quickly and deftly master swimming technique and skills,at the same time, it will improve teaching qualities.
