术后男性乳腺癌患者婚姻状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解男性乳腺癌术后患者婚姻状况。方法应用Kansas(KMS)婚姻满意感量表对42例男性乳腺癌术后患者进行调查。结果本组男性乳腺癌术后患者KMS得分为(15.08±3.38)分。71.4%以上男性乳腺癌术后患者对配偶、婚姻和夫妻关系满意。结论男性乳腺癌术后患者婚姻满意感总体较好。加强对男性乳腺癌术后患者及其妻子和家人疾病知识的教育,对巩固和提高患者婚姻质量具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the marital status of male patients with breast cancer.Method Kansas marital satisfaction scale（KMS）was used in the investigation among 42 male patients with breast cancer.Results KMS score was （15.08±3.38）,similar to the scores on normal model.More than 70% of them were satisfied with their spouses and marital relationship.Conclusions Male patients with breast cancer are satisfied with their marital status after surgery.Enhanced education on the disease knowledge to the patients and their families are important for their marital status.
