摘　　要：随着教育环境的变化,学术资本主义成为高校教育改革提供了新的思路。学术资本主义揭示了高等教育与市场关系的嬗变,提供了一个审视当代高等教育管理变革的新视角。高校创业教育要适应变化、面向市场,进行组织机构改革来适应劳动力发展要求。With the changing of education environment, academic capitalism provided a new road for the innovation of universities. Academic capitalism unveiled the changes of relationship between high education and society,which provided a new view to judge the management of modem high education. The entrepreneurship education should face the changes of society and adapt to the workforce development through reform of the organizational structure.
