更昔洛韦滴眼剂治疗单疱病毒角膜炎137例临床研究

摘　　要：用双盲法对比观察 0 1 %更昔洛韦与 0 1 %阿昔洛韦滴眼剂治疗单疱病毒角膜炎 1 37例的疗效。两者疗效相近。总治愈率为 86 5% (更昔洛韦 )和 90 0 % (阿昔洛韦 ) ,统计学处理差异无显著性。结果表明更昔洛韦滴眼剂是治疗单疱病毒角膜炎有效而安全的药物。A double blind clinical investigation on the treatment of 137 cases of HSV keratitis with ganciclovir and acyclovir (eye-drops) was carried out.Both eye-drops proved equally effective with cure rate 86 5%(ganciclovir) and 90 0%(acyclovir) respectively.There were no statistically significant difference between the treatment group in the treatment efficacy of two agents.The results showed that the topical ganciclovir was an effective and safe antiviral agent in the treatment of HSV keratitis.
