摘　　要：目的研究球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法跟踪观察在我院实施球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形手术的13例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者。结果所有患者均应用球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形成功的形成了栓塞,经术后随访及血管造影复查,无死亡病例,其中8例患者无动脉瘤复发。结论球囊辅助瘤颈重塑形栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective To study the balloon assisted tumor neck reshaping form the clinical curative effect of embolization of intracranial wide neck aneurysms. Methods Follow-up balloon assisted tumor neck reshaping form operations performed in our hospital of 13 patients with intracranial aneurysm neck wide. Results All patients were applied balloon assisted tumor neck remodeling work formed the embolism formation,the postoperative follow-up and angiographic review,no deaths,including 8 cases of patients with no recurrence of aneurysm. Conclusion Balloon assisted tumor embolization of intracranial carotid remodeling form wide neck aneurysm is worth popularizing in clinic widely.
