冬凌草片辅助榄香烯膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的前瞻性临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析冬凌草片辅助榄香烯膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的前瞻性临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2008年6月至2010年6月我院收治的75例浅表性膀胱癌患者,均采用保留膀胱经尿道肿瘤切除术。行前瞻性、随机对照临床研究,术后将其随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组38例,术后口服冬凌草片,术后1周行榄香烯膀胱内灌注;对照组37例,术后1周行榄香烯膀胱内灌注。随访2年,观察患者肿瘤复发情况及不良反应。结果:对照组平均随访26.6个月,2年复发率16.22%。治疗组平均随访29.8月,2年复发率10.53%,两组患者2年复发率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间的不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冬凌草片辅助榄香烯膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发有良好疗效,不良反应少,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective：To research on effect of Donglingcao tablets on top of intravesical infusion of Elemene for preventing postoperative relapse of superficial bladder cancer.Methods：75 postoperative patients with intermediate and high-risk urothelial tumor of the bladder that performed transurethral resection of the bladder tumor,were randomly assigned into 2 groups.Observation group（38 patients） were given Donglingcao tablets on top of intravesical infusion of Elemene,and control group（37 patients） were given intravesical infusion of Elemene only.The patients were followed up for clinical,analytical and cystoscopic evaluations for 2 years.The tumor recurrence rates and side effects after the treatment were evaluated.Results：The recurrence rates were 16.22% of control group 2 years after operation.The recurrence rates were 10.53% of observation group 2 years after operation.The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group.And there were no significant difference of adverse reactions in two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Donglingcao tablets on top of intravesical infusion of Elemene is safe and effective in preventing superficial bladder tumor recurrence after surgery.
