摘　　要：高校学生党支部作为高校的基层党组织,是高校学生党支部建设工作和大学生思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。伴随着网络媒体时代的到来,高校学生党支部建设工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。面对新时期学生党支部建设工作中出现的问题,结合工作的实际特点,要充分利用网络媒体的强大功能,创新高校学生党支部建设,提升大学生教育、培养水平,从而建立新型科学的高校基层党组织模式。University students＇ party branch as the basic-level party organization plays the important positions for the university student party branch construction work and the ideological and political education work. Along with the era of network media, it＇s faced with new opportunities and challenges for the university student party branch construction work. Combined with the problems in students＇ party branch construction in the new period and the actual characteristics of the work, make full use of the powerful features of the network media, innovate university student party branch construction and improve the level of training college students＇ education, to establish new scientific mode of colleges＇ basic level laarty organizations.
