摘　　要：大学生创新创业能力的培养是创业型经济发展的智力支柱。文章在分析创新创业能力是促进创业型经济发展的内在驱动力的基础上,探讨了大学生创新创业能力的制约因素,并指出应从政府、社会各界、高校及大学生自身等多途径培养大学生的创新创业能力。Cultivate college students＇ innovative entrepreneurial ability is intelligence of entrepreneurial economic development pillar articles based on the analysis of innovative ability is the internal driving force to promote the development of entrepreneurial economy, on the basis of discusses the restricting factors of college students＇ innovative ability, and points out that government should the social from all walks of life in university and college students themselves, ere way to cultivate college students＇ innovative entrepreneurial ability.
