摘 要:目的 :观察脑出血患者血浆神经肽 Y( NPY)和神经降压素 ( NT)的水平变化。方法 :采用放射免疫方法测定了 4 6例脑出血患者血浆 NPY和 NT的含量。结果 :血浆 NPY和 NT水平在发病 2 4小时内即显著上升 ,4~ 7天或 1~ 3天达高峰 ,8~ 1 5天开始下降 ,1 5天后仍在较高水平。重型患者 NPY水平显著高于轻型和中型 ,中、重型患者 NT水平显著高于轻型。结论 :NPY和 NT参与了脑出血的发生及病理生理过程。Objective: To observe dynamically the plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin ( NT) concentrations in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: The levels of NPY and NT in plasma were measured by radio immunoassay in 46 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Results: Compared with the control group,the levels of NPY and NT in plasma in patients began to increase significantly in 24 hours, to reach the peak on days 1~3 or 4~7.After the 4th day or 8th day,it began to decrease,but the levels of NPY and NT in patients were still higher than that in control group after 15 days.The changes of NPY and NT were related with the diameter of hemotoma and neurological functional scales.Conclusion: NPY and NT play an important role in pathophysiological and pathogenetic mechanisms of cerebral hemorrhage.
