摘 要:应用 SDS- PAGE和 EL IB对十二指肠钩虫第三期幼虫和成虫可溶性抗原蛋白组份及免疫反应性进行了比较研究。SDS- PAGE电泳结果显示 ,钩虫幼虫和成虫蛋白区带数分别为 2 1条和 19条。EL IB反应表明 ,钩虫幼虫和成虫特异性抗原组份为 40~ 41k Da和 5 4~ 5 6 k Da。The components of third stage larve and adult worm antigens of Ancylostoma duodenale were analysed and the difference of their immune reactivities was compared by using sodium dodecyl sulfute polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) and enzymelinked immunoblot(ELIB). The results showed that the numbers of protein bands of third stage larve and adult worm antigens were 21 and 19 respectively by SDS PAGE, and the specific antigens components of third stage larve and adult worm were 40-41 kDa and 54-56 kDa respectively by ELIB. This results provided new scientific data for further research on immunology and vaccine of hookworm diseases.
