“90后”准大学毕业生社会适应状况调查研究

摘　　要：社会适应是指对社会环境的一切刺激能做出恰当正常反应。通过社会调查并采用社会适应量表,从环境适应、心理适应、自身素质及发展诉求等三个层面考察了准大学毕业生的社会适应状况。研究发现,准大学毕业生呈现出社会适应状况的低水平性与不平衡性,存在着责任意识不高、主动融入环境意识不强、自身能力与综合素质有待强化等问题,并从培养积极态度、营造良好氛围、强化综合素质等层面提出建议,以实现社会、学校与自身发展的有机统一。Social adaptation refers to making a proper reaction to all the stimuli of social environment.The paper investigates the social adaptation of university undergraduates by means of social survey and adopting Social Adjustment Scale from the aspects of the environmental adaptation,psychological adaptation,self-quality and development demands.The research finds a low level and imbalance in the social adaptation for undergraduates and also several problems such as a weak sense of responsibility,a low initiative awareness of integrating environment,self capacity and comprehensive quality.This article puts forward some corresponding suggestions from the cultivation of a positive attitude,creation of a good atmosphere,enhancement of the comprehensive quality to realize the organic unity of society,university and self development.
