大学生党员模范带头作用的效能发挥及其实现路径——以十八大报告为视角的透视

摘　　要：以创先争优为切入点,以十八大报告为背景视角,对基层大学生党建工作中存在的问题、十八大报告与大学生党员创先争优的关联、十八大报告对基层学生党建的重要意义,以及发挥大学生党员模范带头作用的具体路径进行了探讨。提出以践行十八大精神为契机可进一步强化学生党员的先锋模范作用,并探讨了具体的实现路径。This article adopts the ＂Striving for Excellence＂as breakthrough point,and takes the report at 18th Party Congress as the background to discuss the existing problems of Party construction for undergraduates,the relevance between the report at 18th Party Congress and ＂the Striving for Excellence＂campaign of undergraduate Party members,the significance of the report at 18th Party Congress to the students’ Party construction in university and specific methods of realization of exemplary and vanguard role.The research also proposes we should take the spirit of 18th Party Congress as the opportunity to consolidate the exemplary and vanguard role of undergraduate Party members and discusses the specific implementation path.
