显微镜直视下冷针放液巩膜外垫压术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离体会

摘　　要：目的观察手术显微镜直视下冷针放液巩膜外垫压术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的效果和安全性。方法对57例57眼孔源性视网膜脱离患者在显微镜直视下行巩膜外垫压术。术中对所有手术眼均用5mL一次性空针针头45°穿刺巩膜放视网膜下液。结果术后1周57眼视网膜脱离完全复位,视网膜下液吸收,裂孔封闭于垫压嵴前坡上。95%的患者术后视力较术前明显提高。结论手术显微镜直视下冷针放液巩膜外垫压术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离创伤小,恢复快,安全有效,方便快捷易于掌握,值得在基层医院推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of cold needle discharge liquid scleral buckling surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under surgical microscope direct vision.Methods 57 patients with retinal detachment were treated by cold needle discharge liquid scleral buckling surgery under surgical microscope.Results After 1 week,57 retinal detachment completely reseted,subretinal fluid absorbed,and the hole closed on the front ridge slope.95% of cases of postoperative visual acuity improved significantly.Conclusion Cold needle discharge liquid scleral buckling surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under surgical microscope was safe and effective.It would be worth of promotion in the primary hospital.
