摘 要:为提高风力机模拟系统的模拟准确性,在分析模拟系统与实际风机系统运动方程的基础上,根据2系统速度相等的原则,提出基于负载转矩反馈实现风力机动静态特性模拟的控制策略。控制策略中所需的负载转矩值由滑模观测器(sliding-mode observer,SMO)实时观测得到。同时,分析了滑模观测器的等效滤波效果,分析表明,滑模观测结果等效于对实际负载转矩进行1阶滤波处理。最后利用RT-LAB实时控制器进行实验,结果表明,所提方法能正确观测出负载转矩,以此为基础构建的风力机模拟系统可灵活模拟不同机械参数下风力机的运行特性。To improve the accuracy of wind turbine emulator (WTE), the motion equations of WTE and the actual wind turbine system were analyzed. Then, an emulation strategy based on load torque feedback to reproduce both the static and dynamic behaviour of an actual wind turbine was proposed, which was deduced according to the principle of equal speed in the two systems. A sliding-mode observer (SMO) was employed to estimate the load torque used for the emulation strategy. Meanwhile, the equivalent filtering effect of SMO was analyzed. Analysis result showed that the observer result of SMO was equal to the real load torque with a first-order filter. Experimental results, using RT-LAB real time controller implementation, prove that the load torque can be observed correctly by the proposed method. Further, the operating characteristics of the wind turbine with different mechanical parameters can be emulated flexibly by the developed WTE.
