摘　　要：目的：探讨福建畲族男性DYS19、DYS389I、DYS393多态性与身高之间的关系.方法：调查福建畲族健康男性152例,测量其身高.应用AmpFlSTR（R） YfilerTM荧光标记复合扩增系统及自动测序法,对152例研究对象进行DYS19、DYS389I、DYS393的等位基因分型.结果：福建畲族成年男性的身高在DYS19、DYS389I基因座的不同基因型间差异有统计学意义,在DYS393基因座的不同基因型间无差异.结论：福建畲族DYS19、DYS389I的遗传多态性可能与福建畲族男性身高增长有关,DYS393对福建畲族男性身高影响不明显.Objective： To investigate the correlation of DYS19, DYS389I and DYS393 polymorphism with adult male height variation in She nationality of Fujian province. Methods.. We investigated 152 healthy male subjects of She nationality of Fujian, and measured its height, using AmpF1STR ~ YfilerTM fluorescent marker composite amplification system and automatic sequencing method, 152 subjects were analyzed by genetic typing in DYS19 and DYS389I and DYS393. Results： There were significant differences in adult male height of She nationality between each allele of DYS389I and DYS19, and there were no significant differences in adult male height between each allele of DYS393. Conclusion： Genetic polymorphism of DYS19 and DYS389I may be associated with male height growth in She nationality of Fujian. There is no obvious effect of genetic polymorphism in DYS393 on male height growth.
