肝脏3.0T MR动态强化患者的心理疏导及护理

摘　　要：目的研究肝脏动态强化MRI检查时,对患者行心理疏导和护理的重要性。方法 128例肝病患者于我所行3.0-T肝脏MR检查,其中肝硬化患者65例,确诊肝癌46例,肝硬化结节11例,肝血管瘤5例,肝囊肿3例。结果 128例患者经过护士的心理疏导及护理使扫描均取得了满意的效果,未出现过敏等不良反应,达到医生诊断的要求。结论合适的心理疏导和护理,使肝脏3.0T动态强化扫描中患者有良好的呼吸配合及成功的静脉置管,可减少对比剂的外渗,减轻患者的痛苦,获得高质量图像,保证了患者的安全,确保肝脏动态强化的顺利完成。[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the importance of the psychological counseling and careness in liver dynamic enhanced scanning of 3.0T MR. Methods 128 patients with chronic liver disease underwent the liver MR scanning of 3.0-T, of which 65 suffered with liver cirrhosis. 46 cases were diagnosed with liver cancer, 11 cases with cirrhosis of the liver nod- ules, 5 cases with liver hemangioma, and 3 cases with liver cyst. Results We have achieved satisfactory scanning results with 128 patients after the psychological counseling and careness from the nurse. There is no allergies and other adverse reactions on them and the imagings are all achieved the doctor＇s request for the diagnosing. Conclusion The suitable psy- chological counseling and careness make the patients with respiratory complexes and successful intravenous catheter during the dynamic enhanced scan, which can not only reduce the extravasation of the contrast agent, but also alleviate the suffer- ing of the patients. Besides, it can improve the quality of the imagings, ensure the patients＇ safety and make sure that the dynamic scanning of the liver can be completed successfully.
