摘  要:目的:考察覆盆子不同萃取部位对D-半乳糖联合氢化可的松造成肾阳虚型AD大鼠学习记忆的和血清睾酮的影响,筛选覆盆子抗肾阳虚型痴呆的活性部位。方法:大鼠每天腹腔注射D-半乳糖12.5mg/100g,连续6周,后2周每天肌肉注射氢化可的松混悬液2.5mg/100g,造成肾阳虚痴呆模型,然后空白组和模型组灌胃生理盐水外,其余各组均预防性灌胃覆盆子氯仿部位、正丁醇部位、乙酸乙酯部位、水部位12g/kg每天,连续4周。进行历时1周的Morris水迷宫实验,检测大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的逃避潜伏期、空间探索能力,并检测各组大鼠血清睾酮含量。结果:与模型组比较,覆盆子氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位12g/kg每天均可缩短大鼠逃避潜伏期,增强大鼠空间探索能力,同时明显升高血清睾酮水平。结论:覆盆子改善肾阳虚型老年性痴呆大鼠学习记忆的有效部位为氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位。Objective: To study the impact of raspberry different extract parts on kidney-YANG deficiency AD rats caused by D-galactose joint hydrocortisone,and screen effective parts of raspberry.Methods: Rats were intraperitoneal injected with D-galactose in dose of 12.5 mg /100g for six weeks.All rats were intramuscular injected by hydrocortisone 2.5 mg /100g for the last two weeks,causing the kidney-YANG deficiency AD rats model.The blank group and the model group were given a gavage of saline,while the other groups were irrigated preventively with Raspberry’s chloroform parts,n-botanol extract,ethyl acetate extract,water extract at the dose of 12g / kg for 4 weeks.The rats’ escape latency,space exploration ability in the Morris water maze and the rats’ serum testosterone were detected.Results: Compared with model group,Raspberry’s Chloroform parts and ethyl acetate parts can shorten the rats’ escape latency and enhance the rats’ space exploration ability,While serum testosterone level is significantly increased.Conclusion: The effective raspberry’s extract parts in improving kidney-YANG deficiency AD rats learning and memory abilities were Chloroform parts and ethylacetate part.
