Nd:YAG激光治疗口咽部乳头状瘤67例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察Nd：YAG激光治疗口咽部乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析浙江省绍兴第二医院2008年3月～2011年7月收治的67例口咽部乳头状瘤经Nd：YAG激光治疗的术中情况及术后随访资料，评估其临床疗效。结果全部患者均顺利摘除乳头状瘤，3例术中出血≤1ml，余术中无明显出血，2例术后复发，一次性治愈率92.54%。结论Nd：YAG激光治疗口咽部乳头状瘤术中出血少，手术时间短，疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nd：YAG laser in treatment of oropharyngeal papillomas. Methods 67 cases of oropharyngeal papilloma admitted by Shaoxing second hospital of Zhejiang Province from 2008 March to 2011 July were analyzed retrospectively and assessed. All patients were treated with Nd：YAG laser. Results All papilloma were successfully removed. No significant bleeding was observed during the operation, excepted 3 cases with blood loss≤1ml. The cure rate was 92.54%. 2 cases recurred after operation. Conclusion Nd ：YAG laser treatment was effective for oropharyngeal papilloma, with less bleeding and shorter time for operation.
