摘　　要：信息时代的中小学信息技术教育承担着培养学生信息素养和综合能力的重要责任,作为民族地区使用民族语文授课的蒙语授课中小学信息技术教师,不仅承担着信息技术课程的教学,更是民族文化数字化传承和民族教育资源建设的主力。In information era, information technology education at primary and middle schools shoulders the important responsibility to cultivate students＇ information quality and comprehensive competence. Information technology teachers at Mongolian-speaking primary and middle schools in ethnic regions not only bear the task of teaching information technology, but also shoulder the responsibility of digital inheritance of ethnic culture and construction of ethnic educational resources.
