摘　　要：在研发成功与否的不确定性直接冲击着市场需求并影响产品销售量的假设基础上,构造了小生产商和大经销商的简单研发合作供应链,分析了大经销商居主导地位的合作研发博弈以及完全合作博弈均衡,证明了研发合作优于非合作、完全合作可以实现系统最优。This paper, under the assumption that the uncertainty of R＆Dg success or not has direct impact on both market demand and sales volume, builds a simple supply - chain with a - small - manufacturer - and - a - big - distributor, and analyzes coop R＆D games including leader - follower cooperation and full cooperation, it proves that the outcomes of coop R＆D are all better than no - cooperation＇s and that full - cooperation＇s is the best.
