我国生态移民与生态环境关系研究进展

摘　　要：通过文献查新,在阐述和界定生态移民概念内涵基础上,分析了我国生态移民与生态环境关系的研究状况,即生态移民环境容量分析、生态移民生态环境影响监测分析、生态移民生态环境影响驱动机制、生态移民生态环境效应分析、生态移民生态风险5个主要方向的研究重点和不足.今后,要紧密结合国家新10a扶贫开发的总体部署,以建设生态文明,美丽中国为目标,以区域生态移民生态管理为研究主题,注重生态移民安置区资源环境承载力评估、生态风险源与受体分析、生态风险预警机制研究等,不断拓宽研究领域,完善生态移民与生态环境关系研究的理论体系和方法创新.Through literature retrieval, on the basis of elaborate and definition the concept and connotation of eco-migration, analyzed the research situation of the relationships between eco-migration and ecological environment, this includes analysis on environmental capacity of eco-migration, monitor analysis on ecology environment impact of eco-migration, ecology environment impact driving mechanism of eco- migration, the effect analysis on the ecology environment of eco-migration, ecological risk of eco-migration. In the future, we should closely integrate overall deployment of new ten-year alleviating poverty development, to achieve the goal of ecological civilization, beautiful country, take economic management of eco-migration as the research topic, pay attention to resources and environment capacity evaluation of resettlement areas, analysis on ecological risk source and risk object, research on ecological risk warning mechanism, expand research field constantly, perfect the theory system and method innovation of the relationship researches between eco-migration and ecological environment.
