摘 要:长庆油田靖边气田天然气一般多含H2S和CO2等酸性介质,不但影响天然气的热值,而且,对管道和容器存在着严重的腐蚀,严重影响了管输及利用。为了减少H2S和CO2等酸性介质对容器和管道的腐蚀,通常采用胺法对H2S和CO2进行脱除处理。根据长庆油田靖边气田的天然气组分,采用HYSYS(石油化工工艺流程模拟软件)建模并进行了模拟计算,计算结果显示,净化天然气中H2S及CO2的含量均满足标准要求的一类净化气质量指标要求。针对现场缺少有效的监控措施,设备中H2S的含量以及胺液在循环过程中的损耗难以测量的问题,提出了将该模拟软件应用于实际生产中指导生产的建议。H2S and CO2 acid medium were generally included in Jingbian gas field,managed by Changqing oilfield,which not only affected the heating value,but also caused the corruption to pipes and vessels.In order to decrease the corruption of H2S and CO2 to vessels and pipes,amine method was commonly adopted to remove H2 S and CO2.HYSYS(petrochemical process simulation software)was adopted to simulated calculation based on natural gas composition of Jingbian gas field.The computation result showed that H2S and CO2 acid contents were meet the first-class requirements.In view of lacking effective monitoring measures and difficulty in monitoring H2 S content and amine loss during the cyclic process,suggestion on the application of simulation software to actual operation was also put forward.
