高龄患者白内障术后低视力的临床探析

摘　　要：目的探讨60岁以上的老年患者在白内障手术之后视力降低小于0．3的原因并找出解决方案。方法我院在2005至2010年间收治了大量老年白内障患者，有一部分患者在手术后很好的康复，但是大多数患者手术后视力低于0．5，从中找出105例白内障手术后低视力的高龄患者的临床资料，仔细回顾分析这些资料，找出影响手术后眼睛恢复的主要原因，以及导致视力降低和眼病的因素。结果在这105个患者中，有两个人被发现特发性黄斑前膜，有4个人被发现特发性的黄斑裂孔，有4个人被检测出黄斑囊样水肿，有11个人是由于糖尿病引发的视网膜病变，有15个人是由于高度近视引起的黄斑病变，视神经萎缩是一大病症，有21个人是由这个原因引起的，有37个人是角膜病变引起的，这是比重最大的现象。结论黄斑病变、视网膜病变、黄斑囊样水肿、视神经萎缩、角膜病变是导致高龄患者白内障术后视力过低的主要原因。objective To investigate the causes of patients over 60 years of visual acuity in cataract operation after less than 0.3 and find a solution.Methods in our hospital from 2005 to 2010 years were a lot of senile cataract patients,some patients with good recovery after the operation,but most of the patients after operation was less than 0.3Jind 11）5 cases of elderly patients with low vision after cataract operation of the clinical data from these data,a careful review of analysis,find out the main reason affecting eyes again after operation,and the factors leading to reduced visual acuity and eye disease.Results in the 105 patients,two people were found in idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane,4 individuals were found macular idiopathic macular hole,4 individuals were detected in cystoid macular edema,ll were due to diabetic retinopathy,15 were due to high myopia the macular degeneration,atrophy of the optic nerve is a major illness,21 were caused by this reason,37 were corneal lesions caused by,this is the largest proportion of the phenomenon.Conclusion macular disease,retinopathy, cystoid macular edema,optic atrophy, corneal disease is the main cause of low vision after cataract surgery in elderly patients.
