PICC在食管癌患者围手术期肠外营养支持中的临床应用及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨PICC在食管癌患者围手术期肠外营养支持中的临床应用及护理。方法选取2011年1月～2012年8月我院收治食管癌患者共120例，随机分为实验组和对照组，其中实验组给予PICC置管及护理干预，而对照组不置入PICC导管。结果两组患者的漏药率及静脉炎发生率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者的自身对照体重差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而两组患者入院后30d、45d、60d的体重差异均存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PICC置管结合有效的护理干预可为食管癌患者围手术期胃肠外营养和促进其康复提供了有效的保证。Objective Learn the clinical application and nursing of PICC for parenteral alimentation to patients of esophageal cancer in perioperative period.Methods 120 patients of esophageal cancer from Jan 2011 to Aug 2012 divided into 2 groups. The experiment group used PICC and nursing while the control group did not use PICC.Rcsults The diverse of drug- leakage and phlebophlogosis incidence of two groups had significance （P〈0.05）.The diverse of self control weight of two groups had no significance （P〉0.05）.The diverse of weight of two groups in 30,45,60 days after admission had significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion PICC and effective nursing can ensure parenteral nutrition and promote recovery for patients of esophageal cancer in perioperative period.
