摘　　要：为克服产品质量危机管理对策系统性提取不足,以便有效指导企业制定产品质量危机管理对策,在对产品质量危机管理对策研究文献进行系统分析基础上,采用元分析法,将不同学者从不同视角定性总结的产品质量危机管理对策进行了系统整理与精炼提纯,得出了理论研究中普遍关注的企业产品质量危机管理对策及其频率分布;采取探索性因子分析法,通过问卷设计,并在选择调查对象基础上,对产品质量危机管理对策进行了引导性调查与数据采集;对获取到的有效调查数据进行了因子分析,提取出了企业产品质量危机预防与预警、应对与控制、恢复与提升三阶段的管理对策,识别出了产品质量危机管理关键对策,并对产品质量危机管理三阶段对策的管理效用进行了讨论。In order to overcome the insufficient of product quality crisis management countermeasure extracted, and effectively guide the enterprises to formulate product quality crisis management countermeasure,based on the system analysis of theoretical literature about product quality crisis management countermeasures, firstly, product quality crisis management countermeasures that are from varied perspectives of different scholars are sorted out and purified by using the methods of meta-analysis, and countermeasures that are widely concerned in theoretical research are obtained. Secondly, by using exploratory factor analysis, and on the basis of the chosen of survey objects, the investigation and data collection were taken through the design of the questionnaire. Then the effective investigation data was analyzed according to exploratory factor analysis, the management countermeasures of product quality crisis prevention and early warning stage, coping and control stage as well as restore and enhance the stage are extracted,and the key product quality crisis management countermeasures are identified. Finally, the management utility of countermeasures was discussed.
