温州历史街区新功能和物质环境之间的矛盾及调整路径

摘　　要：对温州历史街区的保护规划及保护工程等相关设计进行梳理,分析新功能和物质环境之间的矛盾,主要有植入新功能的困难、历史街区物质环境的局限性和对街区本身历史价值的损害,针对上述矛盾提出对温州历史街区新功能的调整路径,包括对各历史街区新功能植入的统筹分析、街区内复合地下空间的利用及新功能的引入要与街区文化体系相协调等。Through Wenzhou declared a national historical and cultural city of opportunity, we review Wenzhou historical districts protection planning, protection project and other related designs,and put forward the contradictions between the new functions and the physical environment, mainly with the difficulties of implantation of new functions, the limitations of the physical environment of historic districts and the damage of historical value of the districts. Moreover,we put forward the adjustment paths of the new functions of the historic districts in Wenzhou for these contradictions, including the analysis of the new function implanted in the historical districts, the using of composite underground space in zhe districts and the introduction of new functions to coordinate with the culture system of the district.
