摘　　要：先天性尺桡骨近端融合是一种罕见的先天性骨骼畸形,目前该疾病的发病机制尚不明确,主要的临床症状为前臂的旋转功能障碍,通过病史和体格检查进行诊断,X线或CT扫描来确诊畸形,治疗还是以外科手术为主。Congenital fusion of the proximal radius and ulna is a rare congenital bone deformity.The pathogenesis of the disease is currently unclear.The main clinical symptom is forearm rotation dysfunction.It is usually diagnosed by history and physical examination.X-ray or CT scans are used to diagnose malformations.The mainly therapy is surgical operation.
