山东省农村居民食品消费特征及发展趋势实证研究

摘　　要：文章选取2000-2011年山东省农村居民食品消费数据并制作图表进行分析,在此基础上构建消费函数模型,得出结论:食品消费作为农村居民生活消费支出中重要部分,随着人均纯收入增长,必需品在达到一定程度之后,消费需求呈下降趋势,会稳定在一定范围内,基本品随收入增长,消费需求将增加;奶类及其制品对农村居民来说还属于奢侈品,随着收入增加,对这类食品消费的增长速度将高于收入增长速度,分析结论有助于制定合理的促进农村居民食品消费的政策。Based on the selected food consumption data between 2000 and 2011 by rural residents in Shandong Province,this paper builds an icon for analysis and constructs the consumption function model and finally draws the conclusion that food consumption is an important part of the living expenditure of rural residents.With the growth of per capita net income and sufficient necessities to support life,consumption demand begins to show a downward trend and will be stable within a certain rang.As the basic goods rise with income growth,consumption demand will increase too.Dairy products still remain a luxury for rural residents,but with the rise of income,the rise rate of the consumption demand for dairy products will be higher than income growth rate.This conclusion is favorable for establishing reasonable policies to promote rural household food consumption.
