摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职教育实现工学结合人才培养的重要环节。分析了高职院校在顶岗实习管理方面的困境,以江苏信息职业技术学院软件技术专业为例,提出了顶岗实习跟踪与管理的对策。Apprentice practice operation is an important link of the talent training mode combined with work and study for high vocational education. This paper analyzes the difficulties in the management of higher vocational colleges post prac- tice, taking software technology specialty of Jiangsu College of Information Technology for an example, some counter- measures of tracking and management are put forward.
