摘  要:目的:探讨荷 S180肉瘤小鼠血中丙二醛( malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶( superoxide dismutase,SOD)的变化规律,以及采用中华眼镜蛇毒( naja naja atra venom,NNAV)进行治疗后对 MDA和 SOD的影响。方法:用 TBA比色法和放免均相竞争抑制法检测血中 MDA和 SOD 1,观察不同病期(种瘤后 5天, 10天和 15天)荷瘤鼠血中 MDA和 SOD 1的变化,以及用不同浓度 NNAV( 2μ g/ml, 4μ g/ml和 8μ g/ml)治疗对荷瘤鼠血中 MDA和 SOD 1的影响。 结果:发现荷瘤鼠血 MDA增高(Objective: To understand the change of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the serum of mice bearing S180 sarcoma, and the effect following naja naja atra verom(NNAV) treatment. Methods: The levels of MDA and SOD in the blood of mice bearing S180 sarcoma treated with or without NNAV were determined. Results: The mice bearing S180 sarcoma had higher levels of MDA than that of normal controls,while their SOD levels were lower. MDA was tended to increase but SOD to decrease as the development of tumor. NNAV had therapeutic effect on mice bearing S180 sarcoma,associated with decreased MDA and increased SOD, and the best effect was achieved with the highest concentration of NNAV 8μ g/ml. Conclusion: The tumor development may relate to the levels of MDA and SOD in the serum of mice bearing S180 sarcoma. The anti tumor effect of NNAV may relevent to increasing the activity of SOD and decreasing the levels of MDA.
