摘 要:组织网络是存在于企业内部,由企业各职能部门、人员、团队构成节点,职能部门间的工作联系为连线构成的复杂网络。组织网络具有相对封闭性、动态性和柔性特征。组织网络作为组织结构的一种高级形态,将企业各部门以网状形式联结起来,通过各部门间的互动实现组织网络的运营。在企业技术创新战略的选择过程中,组织网络起着重要作用,其作用大小由其节点关系的强弱决定;在企业技术创新战略的实施过程中,组织网络起着支持作用,其作用大小由其节点关系的顺畅性决定。组织网络在企业技术创新战略中的重要作用不可忽视。Organizational networks are very complicated, in which various departments, staff, teams and the work are linked closely one another in an enterprise. Organizational networks are relatively isolated, dynamic and flexible. As an advanced form of organizational structure, organizational networks link up all departments and en- able all of them to interact with each other. Organizational networks play a very important role in the selection process of enterprise technology innovation strategy, and the intensity of the relationship between nodes are the vital factor in this process. In the implementation process, organizational networks play a supporting role and the function of organizational networks depends on the smoothness of the relationship between nodes. Thus, this function can not be ignored in enterprise technology innovation strategy.
