康艾注射液联合化疗对胰腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察康艾注射液联合化疗对胰腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法：将62例胰腺癌患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例，分别给予康艾注射液联合吉西他滨化疗和单纯化疗治疗，疗程14天。结果：两组KPS评分疗效比较，治疗组有效15例，稳定11例，无效6例，总有效率为81．25％（95％CI=67．73％-84．77％）；对照组有效7例，稳定12例，无效11例，总有效率为63．33％（95％CI=46．09％～80．57％）；两组综合疗效比较有显著性差异（u=2．0229，P=0．0433）；两组T细胞亚群亦有相应的改变（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：康艾注射液联合化疗对胰腺癌患者较单纯化疗能提高患者KPS评分，其收益为OR=0．40（95％CI=0．13～1．27），NNT=6（95％CI：2．49～28．77）；并能改变T细胞亚群参数。Objective： To observe the effect of Kang-ai Injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function in the patients with cancer of the pancreas. Methods ： 62 cases of pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The cases in treatment group were treated with Kang-ai Injection combined with chemotherapy, and the ones in control group with chemotherapy treatment. One course of treatment included 14 days. Results： Compared KPS scores of the two groups on curative effect, in treat- ment group 15 cases were effective, 11 cases stable, and 6 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 81.25% （95% CI = 67.73% -84.77% ）. In control group 7 cases were effective, 12 cases stable, and 11 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 63.33% （95% CI =46.09% -80.57% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 2. 022 9, P = 0.043 3 ）. And T cell subsets of two groups also had a corresponding change （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Kang-ai Injection combined with chemotherapy on the patients with pancreatic cancer can improve the KPS scores more than chemotherapy, OR = 0.40 （95% CI = 0. 13 - 1.27）, NNT = 6 （95% CI = 2.49 - 28.77 ）. It also can change the parameters of T cell subsets.
