摘　　要：分析了医院高学历人才的现状及存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:(1)人才引进上严把质量关;(2)培养方式上全面发展;(3)工作、学习中营造拴心留人的环境;(4)培养使用上优先考虑。How to identify, develop, and well use high - level medical professionals who will provide important leading roles has a number of intricate dimensions: select out persons with competency potential at an early stage in their careers and give them the necessary developmental support; work practically, perseveringly, resourcefully to form needful expertises and skills; investigate what occurs, how and why in advancing medical Sci - Tech theories and practices; cultivate a contingent of high - level medical professionals, who are planted in hospital services while unhindered by tradition, pioneer and get reward of their contributions, work to the belief of higher quality leading to lower costs in the risk - benefit analysis. of hospital services, the belief which people know but shrink from and discredit.
