两种不同放疗分割方式治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移癌痛的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析大分割放疗与常规分割放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移癌痛的疗效。方法根据放疗方案的不同,将2009年3月至2012年12月我院收治的137例恶性肿瘤骨转移癌痛患者分为研究组与对照组,研究组包括患者71例,接受大分割放疗治疗,对照组包括患者66例,接受常规分割放疗治疗,现对比分析两组患者疼痛缓解效果。结果 (1)治疗前两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS疼痛评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)两组患者疼痛缓解效果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大分割放疗与常规分割放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移癌痛的疗效相当,可以根据其他因素选择患者适宜的放疗方案。Objective To analyze the large segment radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy treatment malignant tumor segmentation effect pain of bone metastases.Methods According to different radiotherapy plan,was in March 2009 ～ December 2012 137 cases of malignant tumor of our hospital pain patients with bone metastases were divided into research group and control group,the group including 71 cases of patients,big segment radiotherapy treatment,the control group including 66 cases of patients,to accept conventional segmentation radiotherapy treatment,compared two groups of patients were pain relief effect.Results（1） Two groups of patients before treatment method of visual analogue scale（VAS） pain scores compared to there was no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.VAS pain score after treatment,two groups of patients compared to there was no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.（2） Two groups of patients with pain relief effect than there was no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Big split radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy treatment of bone metastasis from malignant tumor segmentation between treatments of pain,can be based on other factors in patients with appropriate radiotherapy plan.
