摘　　要：连续式化学液镀的清洗具有连续工作、用水量大的特点,特别对于镀液中含有有毒离子时,废液处理费用昂贵。针对连续式化学镀的这一特点,介绍了一种"三级溢流、六级清洗"的清洗方式,能够在保证清洗效果的同时大大降低废液的产生量。C ontinuous electroless plating cleaning w ith continuous,large w ater consum ption,w aste watertreatmentofwhichisexpensive,especiallyforthebathcontainthetoxicions.Forthisfeature, this paper introduced a“T hree overflow ,six cleaning”m ethod,w hich can ensure the cleaning effect w hile significantly reducing the am ountofw aste w atergenerated.
