摘　　要：目的调查心脏科护士对糖尿病用药相关知识的掌握情况,为开展相关知识培训提供依据。方法采用自设的研究对象一般资料问卷和糖尿病用药相关知识问卷对北京市某心血管病专科医院200名心脏科护士进行调查。结果心脏科护士对糖尿病用药相关知识掌握总体较差,得分为(12.41±3.51)分;不同科室、职称和工作年限的护士对糖尿病用药相关知识掌握情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心脏科护士糖尿病知识知晓状况有待提高,应进行形式多样的糖尿病知识继续教育,保证对患者实施安全护理。Objective To investigate the status of cardiac nurses~ knowledge about diabetes mellitus （DM） medication, so as to provide basis for relevant knowledge training. Method A total of 200 cardiac nurses from a cardiology hospital were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire of the general infor- mation and the knowledge about DM medication. Results The overall status of cardiac nurses＇knowledge about DM medication was relatively low, with a score of （12.41 ~ 3.51 ）. There existed significant differences about status of knowledge among cardiac nurses in different wards, professional titles and working years （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The cardiac nurses＇knowledge about DM medication needs to be improved, various kinds of continuing education of DM knowledge can be strengthened to protect the patients~ safety.
