美国国家质量奖对我国高校质量管理的启示

摘　　要：美国国家质量奖从一个整体管理框架的角度来关注组织整体的卓越绩效,识别和跟踪重要的组织结果,不仅提供了一个质量奖评选标准,更可作为一种促进学校发展的质量标准而被运用于学校的自我质量管理之中。其"顾客驱动组织卓越"、"基于事实的数据管理"、"着眼未来,持续改进"、"为组织结果负责"等质量理念对我国高校质量管理有重要的启示。The Baldrige Quality Award concerned about the high performance of the whole organization,identification and tracking of important outcomes from the perspective of an overall management framework.It not only provides a quality award criteria,but also can be regarded as a kind of quality standard to promote the development of the schools,and it was being widely used in the self-quality management of higher vocational schools.Its quality views such as＂customer-driven organization excellence＂,＂fact-based data management＂,＂focusing on future,continuous improvement＂ and ＂responsible for results of organization＂ have important implications to the quality management practice of higher education institutes in China.
