摘  要:采用双氧水还原法处理Ce(IV)/硝酸模拟去污废液中残留的Ce4+离子;采用蒸馏法去除其中的铵;并测定了模拟去污废液中的镍含量,通过废液中的镍含量推算模拟不锈钢的腐蚀量。试验结果表明:按照双氧水与Ce4+的物质的量比为1∶2向废液中加入双氧水,可将其中残留的Ce4+离子全部还原;将废液pH值调节至11.5-12,加热蒸馏30 min,废液中铵去除率达99%以上;由模拟去污废液中镍含量测定结果推算出其中1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢腐蚀量为51.2 mg L-1-70.4 mg L-1。The hydrogen peroxide deoxidization method was adopted to treat the remnant Ce4+ ion in the stimulant waste liquid which was generated by Ce (IV)/HNO3 decontamination technology. The distillation method was used to remove the ammonium ion in the stimulant waste liquid. By determining the nickel concentration in the waste liquid, the amount of salt in the solution corroded from the stainless steel could be calculated. The experimental results show that the remnant Ce4+ ion in the stimulant waste liquid is deoxidized completely by adding hydrogen peroxide with H202 and Ce4+Mole ratio of 1:2. When the pH values are adjusted between 11.5 and 12, more than 99% amount of the ammonium ion in the stimulant waste liquid is removed by distilling 30 min. The amount of salt in the solution corroded from the 1Crl 8Ni9Ti stainless steel is calculated by the nickel concentration of the waste liquid, which is between 51.2 mg/L-70.4 mg/L.
