卵巢癌患者血清和组织中MG_7-Ag含量测定及对预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨单克隆抗体MG7对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值及对患者预后的影响。方法应用免疫放射分析法和免疫荧光流式细胞技术同时检测 46例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清和组织中MG7 Ag水平 ,并进行了随访。结果①单克隆抗体MG7诊断卵巢癌的敏感性血清学方法为 5 2 .2 % ,组织学方法为 6 3.0 % ,二者之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②MG7血清值和FI值呈明显正相关 (r =0 .395 ,t =2 .85 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。③血清MG7阳性组 3年生存率显著低于MG7阴性组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论单克隆抗体MG7对卵巢恶性肿瘤具有一定的诊断价值 ,血清MG7水平测定可作为判断卵巢癌患者预后的一个参考指标。ObjectiveThe aim of the study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of monoclonal antibody MG 7 for ovarian cancer and the influence of MG 7 on the patients' prognosis.MethodsSerum and tissue levels of MG 7 Ag were detected using immunoradiometric assay and immunofluorescence flow cytometry in 46 ovarian cancer patients. 3 years follow up were conducted.Results①The diagnostic sensitivity of serum and tissue MG 7 was 52.5 %and 63.0 % respectively. No significant difference between the two groups was found(P> 0.05 ). ②MG 7 serum levels were positively related to the tissue levels (r= 0.395 ,t= 2.852 ,P< 0.05 ). ③ 3 years survival rate was significant lower in the MG 7 positive group than that in the MG 7 negative group (P< 0.05 ).ConclusionMonoclonal antibody MG 7 has diagnostic value for ovarian cancer.Serum MG 7 levels can be used as an index in the judgement of the patients' prognosis.
