非高等教育领域之私校公助——教育民营化的澳门经验

摘　　要：教育民营化是西方国家面对公立教育制度的种种弊端,推行教育改革的重要政策选择之一。20世纪80年代以来,我国大陆地区的教育系统也经历了一个民营化的过程,这对教育事业的发展和学生的教育选择都已经产生了重大影响。有必要以我国澳门地区非高等教育领域的私校公助制度为重点,对澳门特区政府与私立学校间关系的发展及演变进行梳理及审视,并探讨其对大陆地区教育民营化的启示。Education privatization is an important educational reform method used by western countries when facing disadvantages of public education system. There has been a process of education privatization in China's Mainland since 1980s, leaving great effect on both education business development and students＇ education choice. Focusing on the private school with public funding in non-tertiary education in Macao, this article takes a close eye on the development and evolution of relationship between Macao government and private schools, trying to find enlightenment for education privatization in China's Mainland.
