I型和Ⅲ型胶原在修复性牙本质形成中的免疫定位

摘　　要：目的 :研究 I型和 型胶原在修复性牙本质形成中的免疫定位和分布特征。方法 :在大鼠第一磨牙制备单面洞 ,观察修复性牙本质形成。免疫组化 SABC法检测 I型胶原和 型胶原的免疫反应。结果 :在术后 3d,修复性牙本质尚未形成。I型胶原和 型胶原均分布于牙髓内 ,前期牙本质为弱阳性。术后 15 d,I型胶原和 型胶原在牙髓细胞内呈阳性染色。I型胶原在前期牙本质中呈弱阳性。术后 30 d,I型胶原和 型胶原的强阳性染色集中于已形成的修复性牙本质下的牙髓内 ,成牙本质细胞样细胞染色呈强阳性。结论 :形成修复性牙本质的成牙本质细胞样细胞合成、分泌 I型胶原和 型胶原。Objective:To study the distribution of collagen type I and type Ⅲduring reparative dentin formation in rat.Methods:The cavity was prepared on the mesial surface of first molar in Wistar rats.The rats were sacrificed 3,15 and 30 days after operation.After histological process,the sections of the teeth were reacted with antibodies of collagen I and collagen Ⅲ respectively and stained with SABC method.Results:In 3 day group dental pulp was stained intensely by collagen I or Ⅲ antibody while the predentin was weakly.In 15 day group,collagen I was strongly positive in dental pulp cells and positive in predentin.Collagen Ⅲ was moderately positive in dental pulp cells,whereas negative in predentin.After 30 days,both collagen I and Ⅲ were positive in reparative dentin,particularly localized in cell rich zone under the reparative dentin.The odontoblast like cells were stained strongly.Conclusion:Odontoblast like cells secrete collagen I and Ⅲ during the formation of reparative dentin.Collagen I is the major constitute of reparative dentin matrix.
