摘　　要：目的 :应用喇曼谱学的方法 ,分析粘结剂—牙本质界面的渗透情况。方法 :将被测样品放入喇曼光谱仪中 ,在界面处 ,每 2 μm测量一个点 ,由计算机自动记录喇曼光谱。根据所记录的谱线进行对比、分析。结果 :喇曼光谱的测量显示出牙本质内出现了粘结剂的特征谱线 ,渗入最大深度为 18μm。通过对谱线的分析 ,了解粘结剂渗入牙本质的深度与相互作用的性质。结论objective:To analyse the interface of adhesive in the dentin by using Raman spectroscopy method.Methods:Samples of adhesive dentin were prepared and the penetration of the adhesive into dentin in the interface was measured per 2 μm at one point under Raman spectroscopy and the Raman stratrum was automatically recorded.Results:The special spectral line of the adhesive was found in the dentin.The maximum depth of adhesive penetration reached 18 μm into dentin.Conclusion:Adhesive may penetrate into detin.
