摘 要:目的 :采用三维光弹应力冻结切片法对杆式桥架超过中线 1cm和未超过中线两种设计的应力分布状况进行评价。方法 :在无牙颌一侧上颌骨缺损的光弹性模型中于 1、3、5 和 7位植入 4个种植体 ,杆式桥架采用超过中线 1cm和未超过中线两种设计 ,在单侧和双侧垂直载荷下观察种植体及其支持组织的应力分布状况。结果 :发现桥架超过中线 1cm的设计能更好地传递患侧载荷。结论 :在恢复缺损侧咀嚼功能方面 ,应优选桥架过中线objective:To study the influence of different designs of the bar attachment on the stress distribution of the supporting tissue.Methods:Four implants were anchored in a photoelastic edentulous unilateral maxillary defect model in position of[BHDWG1,WK1]1,[BHDWG1,WK1]3,[BHDWG1,WK1]5 and[BHDWG1,WK1]7,bar attachment were designed within or 1 cm beyond the central line and a removable overdenture was fabricated.Vertical forces were applied unilaterally or bilaterally.Resultant stress distributions in the photoelastic maxillary models were evaluated with three dimensional photoelastic frozen section method.Results:The bar 1 cm beyond the central line could convey the load of the defect side more efficently.Conclusion:The design 1 cm beyond the central line may be feasible to recover chewing function of the defect side.
