缺氧诱导因子-1α在胃癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者血清中缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducing factor 1α,HIF-1α)的水平及其临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法定量检测26例健康者、30例良性溃疡患者及45例胃癌患者血清中HIF-1α的表达水平。结果胃癌患者血清中HIF-1α的表达水平明显高于健康者及良性胃溃疡患者(均P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。胃癌患者血清中HIF-1α的表达水平与有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤TNM分期及分化程度相关(均P<0.05);而与性别、年龄无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清中HIF-1α水平的异常表达可能是癌变过程的反映,检测血清中HIF-1α的水平对于指导胃癌的临床诊断、治疗及预后判断具有重要意义。Objective To study the expression of hypoxia inducing factor 1α（ HIF-1α） in serum of gastric cancer patients and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum HIF-1α were quantitatively detected in 26 cases of healthy people,30 cases of benign ulcer patients and 45 cases of gastric cancer patients by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA method. Results Serum HIF-1α expression levels in gastric cancer patients were obviously higher than that of the healthy people and benign gastric ulcer patients （ P 0. 05 ） . The expression of HIF-1α in serum of gastric cancer patients was correlated with tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis（ P 0. 05） ; however,was not correlated with age and sex（ P 0. 05） . Conclusions Abnormal expression of HIF-1α in serum of gastric cancer patients reflects possible carcinogenesis. To test level of serum HIF-1α has important significance to guide the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
