控释技术在牙周组织再生治疗中的应用

摘　　要：牙周病是发生在牙体周围支持组织的一种慢性炎性破坏性疾病,其特点是渐进性地破坏牙周支持组织直至牙体脱落。目前,牙周组织再生术研究较为广泛的是组织工程技术,其中又以生长因子的适量和适时传递尤为重要。本文就牙周组织再生术中生长因子控释技术的装载战略和控释技术的应用等研究进展作一综述。Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that causes progressive destruction of the tooth-supporting apparatus, which potentially leads to tooth loss. Current methods to reconstruct lost periodontal tissues mainly rely on tissue-engineering technology. The release and delivery of growth factors at an optimized ratio in a specific spatiotemporal mode is thus of particular importance. This study reviews research progress on controlled release technologies in periodontal regeneration medicine.
