摘　　要：在涎腺肿瘤中,多形性腺瘤是一种较为少见的、恶性程度较高的恶性肿瘤,好发于腮腺、腭部、颌下腺,具有诊断困难、易复发和预后差的临床特点。本文就多形性腺瘤的临床表现、组织病理学特点、诊断、治疗和预后等研究进展作一综述。Carcinoma ex-pleomorphic adenoma is a rare and highly malignant type of salivary gland tumor. The tumor, which often occurs in the parotid gland, palate, and submandibular gland, is difficult to diagnose, easily recurs, and has poor prognosis. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of research progress on the clinical manifestations, pathological features, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of the tumor.
