摘　　要：从信息系统的应用实践出发,基于新制度理论,研究制度环境、高管团队支持和组织信息系统应用之间的互动机制。通过问卷调查收集113个有效样本数据进行实证研究,结果显示:制度环境中的规范压力和模仿压力对ERP系统的应用有正向影响,而强制压力的作用并不显著;制度环境中的强制压力、规范压力和模仿压力和高管支持正相关,而高管支持对信息系统应用具有显著的正向作用,说明高管支持在制度环境和ERP应用中起部分中介效用。Based on the institutional theory,this paper intends to clarify the relationship of institutional pressures,top management support and EPP application.By collecting the research data from 113 enterprises,we use the PLS software to analyze the structural equation model.The empirical result illustrates that,the normative pressures and mimetic pressures from the institutional environment exert positive effect on ERP application,whereas the coercive pressures' direct effect is not significant.In addition,the findings also implies that top management support has a positive relationship with institutional pressures,and top management support could exert positive effect on ERP application.So it reveals that top management support plays partial mediating role between the relationship of institutional pressures and ERP application.
