双总值班管理工作模式在多民族地区综合医院应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨双总值班工作模式在多民族地区综合医院实施的方法与效果。方法由职能科室副科级以上管理人员与临床科室主任共同参与总值班,采取多民族构成、工作能力强弱搭配的双总值班工作模式,比较实施双总值班工作模式前后(2009年和2012年)有效处理各类事件比例与临床科室与投诉患者对总值班工作质量的满意度。结果 2012年实施双总值班工作模式后,处理各类事件成功率均高于2009年实施前,尤其在临床需求、投诉、远程会诊、解决仪器和后勤故障方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床科室及患者对双总值班工作的满意度由2009年的83.92%和56.00%提高到2012年的96.56%和90.91%。结论在多民族地区综合医院开展双总值班管理工作模式有效提高了医院日常管理的效率,是完善医院行政管理的有益措施之一。Objective To investigate the ways and effects of double-general duty management pattern imple-mentation in general hospital in minority area .Methods Bureau-level and the highers in administrative de-partment and clinic department directors participate in Chief duty together .Taking multi-ethnic constitu-tion and suitable collocation with work ability in Chief duty .To contrast the success ratios in efficiently handling events and the satisfaction degree of Clinical departments and patients before and after the imple-mentation of Double-general Duty Management Pattern （from 2009 to 2012） .Results The success ratios in efficiently handling events in 2009 were higher than those in 2012 after implementing Double-general Du-ty Management Pattern .The ratio differences in clinical requirement ,complaint ,tele-consultation and sol-ving instrument problems and logistics difficulties have the statistical significance （P 〈 0 .05 ） .Mean-w hile ,the satisfaction degree of Clinical departments and patients rise from 83 .92% and 56 .00% in 2009 to 96 .56% and 90 .91% at present ,respectively .Conclusion Implementing the double-general duty man-agement pattern in multi-ethnic region could enhance the efficiency of hospital daily management ,and it is one of efficient measures to improve hospital administrative management .
