乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院不同民族护生职业态度及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解在乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院临床实习护生的职业态度,分析相关影响因素,从而为临床护理教学管理工作提供参考与借鉴。方法采用自行设计的护生职业态度问卷和影响因素调查问卷对300名实习护生进行调查。结果 300名实习护生中对护理职业的兴趣中立偏积极者汉族为78.6%,维族为79.6%,职业态度中立偏积极者汉族为96.4%,维族为94.5%,实习满意度中立偏积极者汉族为89.7%,维族为75.3%,潜能发挥中立偏积极者占82.2%,维族为80.8%,对就业压力的态度中立偏积极态度者汉族为73.4%,维族为96.2%,对职业风险的态度中立偏积极者汉族为89.7%,维族为96.6%。结论实习护生的职业态度持中立偏积极,但受多种因素影响,产生一定的消积趋向,维族护生对实习经历的满意度低于汉族,就业压力低于汉族护生,对职业风险的态度较汉族积极。Objective To provide reference for the education and management of clinical nursing by explo-ring the professional attitude of nursing students in a first-class hospital in U rumqi and analyzing the fac-tors .Methods A self-designed questionnaires on professional attitudes and factors of nursing students （300） will be adopted .Results Among 300 nursing students ,78 .6% of Han and 79 .6% of Uyghur inter-viewees showed the interests in the nursing profession ;96 .4% of Han and 94 .5% of Uyghur held the neu-tral or active attitude towards the profession ;89 .7% of Han and 75 .3% of Uyghur were satisfied with the internship ;82 .2% of Han and 80 .8% of Uyghur assumed that they have performed their potential ;73 .4% of Han and 96 .2% of Uyghur believe that they could find a proper job ;89 .7% of Han and 96 .6%of Uyghur denied their professional risks .Conclusion Generally speaking ,nursing students hold the neu-tral or active attitude towards their occupation while there is still a negative tendency towards the profes-sion due to various factors .The employment pressure of Uyghur was lower and the attitude to risk of oc-cupation was more positive than Han nationality students .
